- Create a strategy and the corresponding executive summary and overview deck to succinctly and clearly articulate the business and technical stories to drive market awareness, client adoption and investment.
- Build the company’s 5-year financial projections to include plans for appropriate and timely investments in the business based upon key milestones and financial needs.
- Introduce the company to potential investors and participate in meetings to supplement the skills and experience of the management team.
