Hired as an advisor to the founder and CEO of this early stage company to develop the business strategy around the application of stem cell technology to vascular eye diseases in light of the company’s $17M+ grant from the State of California. Worked with the CEO, along with members of the management team and the company’s advisors, to build a strategic plan, budget and funding strategy that ultimately led to the company entering into a strategic partnership valued at up to $252 million.
