Appointed by lead investor as chairman & interim CEO of this SaaS B2B platform for distributed teams and remote workers, resulting in doubling the company’s ARR run rate and customer base in a year, and selling the business and its extensive IP to private equity. Hands-on efforts included developing and implementing a new strategic plan, building a new leadership team, re-platforming the technology and user interface, and deploying a successful customer acquisition and account management/growth strategy.
